Terex team had issues with loading and unloading of their machines, in and out of their truck, wherein the load weighs an average of 25 tons. Being an industry leading global manufacturer, they seeked our expertise and quality to go with.
Terex being a lifting and material processing company, found themselves knocking our door for lifting their own machineries.
We took up the challenge.
Our Solution
The challenge here was to Lift the platform of 10000mm (32 ft) L x 3500mm(11 ft) W, weighing at 25 tons at a height of 2000mm (6.5 ft). As an add on, Terex needed a custom built Automatic Hydraulic Flap, that would help bridge the gap between the platform and the truck. We delivered it on time, with utmost precision and quality.
This has been a milestone for us not just because ofi ts alarming size, but also because Terex themselves who owns Genie Lifts, one of the best scissor lift manufacturers around the globe required our expertise.
